DilSes hesap ve veri silme

Bu sayfa DilSes hesabınızı ve hesaba bağlı verilerinizi silmek içindir. DilSes; konuşma, diksiyon, tonlama ve çocukta konuşma gelişimi uygulamasıdır.

Hesabınızı silmek için

  1. DilSes uygulamasını açın ve hesabınızla giriş yapın.
  2. Profil ekranına gidin.
  3. Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokunun.
  4. Onay penceresinde Hesabımı sil deyin.

Silme bu adımda başlar ve hesap verileriniz bu işlemle kaldırılır.

Uygulamaya giremiyorsanız

Hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden imattgokk@gmail.com adresine yazın. Konu satırına DilSes hesap silme talebi yazın. Talebi en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlarız. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz.

Silinen veriler

Hesap silindiğinde aşağıdaki veriler kaldırılır:

  • E-posta adresi, görünen ad ve giriş kaydı
  • Profil
  • Ders ilerlemesi, oturumlar ve seri bilgisi
  • Çocuk gelişimi ilerleme kayıtları
  • Konuşma ve tonlama analiz sonuçları
  • Bildirim tercihleri ve cihaz bildirim belirteçleri
  • Sunucudaki konuşma ve tonlama ses dosyaları

Analizi tamamlanamayan geçici ses dosyaları en fazla 24 saat tutulur, sonra silinir.

Saklanan veriler ve süreler

  • Ödeme Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yapılır. Satın alma ve abonelik kayıtları ilgili mağazada kalır. Premium aboneliğiniz varsa, hesabı silmeden önce aboneliği mağaza aboneliklerinden iptal edin. Hesap silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
  • Abonelik doğrulama kayıtları, mağazanın ve abonelik hizmetinin kendi saklama süreleri boyunca bu hizmetlerde kalabilir.
  • Silme talebinizi içeren destek e-postası, talebin yerine getirildiğini göstermek için işlem bittikten sonra en fazla 90 gün saklanır, sonra silinir.
  • Kısa teknik günlükler en fazla 30 gün tutulabilir. Bu kayıtlarda hesap içeriği saklanmaz.
  • Telefonda kalan yerel kayıtlar, uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veya uygulama verisini sildiğinizde cihazdan kalkar.

Delete your DilSes account

This page is for deleting your DilSes account and the data linked to it. DilSes is the speech, diction, intonation, and child speech-development app.

Steps to delete your account

  1. Open the DilSes app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profil (Profile).
  3. Tap Hesabı sil (Delete account).
  4. In the confirmation dialog, tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account).

Deletion starts at this step and removes the account data as part of the same action.

If you cannot open the app

Email imattgokk@gmail.com from the address on the account. Use the subject DilSes hesap silme talebi. We complete the request within 30 days. We may ask for extra details to confirm it is your account.

Data that is deleted

  • Email address, display name, and sign-in record
  • Profile
  • Lesson progress, sessions, and streak
  • Child-development progress
  • Speech and intonation analysis results
  • Notification preferences and device notification tokens
  • Speech and intonation audio files stored on our servers

Temporary audio from an analysis that does not finish is kept for at most 24 hours, then deleted.

Data that is kept, and for how long

  • Payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store. Purchase and subscription records stay with that store. Cancel an active Premium subscription in the store before you delete the account. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.
  • Subscription verification records may remain with the store and the subscription service for as long as those providers keep them.
  • The support email that contains your deletion request is kept for up to 90 days after we finish the request, then deleted.
  • Short technical logs may be kept for up to 30 days. They do not store the contents of your account.
  • Recordings that remain on the phone are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
